Ecorituals and The Medicine Wheel
The Medicine Wheel

An Ecoritual® is based on the Medicine Wheel, the center of traditional Native American medicine, an energy medicine passed down orally for about 5,000 years.
Each person follows their own path based on the sun and moon cycles, the four Seasons, and the cardinal points.
Moving around the directions of the Medicine Wheel makes our body, mind, emotions, and soul resonate with the energies and vibrations of Mother Earth.
This holistic approach involves reestablishing communion with the earth's and sky's powerful energies.
The Medicine Wheel is organized into four quadrants representing the four cardinal points: East - South - West - North.

Each address is linked to a season, an element, a kingdom, a state of consciousness, an animal, and sometimes several. Each tribe has adopted this Wheel, so we find variations.
In this way, man is at the same level as the other kingdoms: animal, mineral, and vegetable, and not above!
Our incarnation is at the center: It is in the center where I question my relationship with the different directions, its symbolism, and wisdom.
The Medicine Wheel speaks of life, of the interrelationship between all things in the circle of life. This sacred circle is like a chain in which each link (directions, elements, kingdoms) interacts with all the others and plays a unique role; this is the foundation of our Universe and preserving harmony.
The Medicine Wheel allows us to reconnect with the environment around us. By reconnecting with the World, its directions, its teachings, and its energies, we recover our power, drive, and balance.
